Return Policy

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned unused, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and linings attached. Any signs of use, wear or damage may result in the return being rejected.

How to initiate a return:

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@la-selune.com. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Return Shipping: 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect, defective or damaged item).

Once you have requested a return, we will send you an email with the return shipping cost for approval. Once approved, we will send you the link to start the return process. The return shipping cost will then be deducted from your refund once we have received the item.

Please note: Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return. Returns for packaged items must generally include all products in the package. Individual products cannot be returned separately.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong color or variant, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to report the issue.

Refund Process:

Once we have received your returned item and inspected it, we will notify you whether we have approved or rejected your return.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 calendar days, minus the agreed-upon fee. the return cost.

It may take longer for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or size, please contact us at support@la-selune.com. Once we have approved this, we will send you an invoice for the return shipping and any price difference (if applicable). After payment, you will receive a link to register your return and be sure to select "Exchange". Once we have received and inspected your item, we will issue a credit receipt via email so that you can reorder your desired item.

Returns refused

La Sélune reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our returns policy. This includes products that have been opened, used or are no longer in their original condition and packaging. Items returned outside the eligible returns period may also be refused. Returns sent to any address other than that provided via our portal will not be accepted.
