Shipping policy

 

La Sélune is dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and safely and works with trusted delivery partners to ensure a smooth experience. For delivery information and terms, please see the details below.

Delivery Methods

We offer various delivery methods to ensure your order reaches you safely and quickly. Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information to keep you updated on the progress of your delivery. Please note that delivery times and fees vary depending on the destination country and selected delivery method.

International Shipping

We ship globally. Delivery times and fees depend on the destination country and local customs regulations. Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance and may be subject to customs fees depending on the carrier used and available in your destination country. Typically, delivery times are between 7–11 business days. Processing time is 1–3 business days.

Missing or damaged items

If your package is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to make a claim. Please make sure to include your order number, pictures of the packaging (if damaged), a photo of the delivery note (for missing items) and a description of the problem. Complaints made after 7 days may not be resolved.

Note on packaging damage:

We always strive to deliver your items in good condition and pack each order carefully to ensure they arrive safely. Please note, however, that if the packaging is damaged during transport but the item itself remains fully functional, it is not eligible for a replacement or refund. For questions, please contact our team at support@la-selune.com.

Delivered but not received

If your tracking shows that your package has been marked as "Delivered", but you have not received it, please submit a claim directly to the carrier. You must provide us with proof of loss or a formal confirmation of the claim from the carrier. Claims for packages marked as delivered are not eligible after 7 days from the delivery date.

Order Change

If you want to change your order, for example, change the quantity, address or product, we can accommodate this request within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, the order may already be in the process of being shipped and changes will no longer be possible.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, we can process the cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, the order may already be in the process of being shipped and cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

General Information

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 calendar day (excluding weekends and holidays). Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
