1) Scope
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") of Ecom Marketing Limited apply to all contracts for the supply of goods that concluded between a consumer or entrepreneur and the seller via the online store.
Differences from the customer do not apply to other express agreements.
2) Conclusion of the agreement
The product descriptions in the seller's online store do not constitute binding offers from the seller but are intended to enable the customer to submit a binding purchase offer.
The customer can submit the offer via the integrated online order form. The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the customer's offer - for example by sending an order confirmation or by sending the goods directly.
3) Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.
Detailed information about the right of withdrawal can be found in the seller's withdrawal policy.
4) Prices and payment terms
All prices listed include statutory value added tax (VAT), where applicable.
Available payment methods are announced to the customer in the online store.
5) Delivery and shipping terms
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
If varIf the goods cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g. incorrect delivery address or absence at delivery), the customer shall be responsible for the costs incurred.
6) Retention of title
Until full payment has been received, the delivered goods remain the property of the seller.
7) Liability for defects (warranty)
Statutory provisions on liability for defects shall apply.
8) Applicable lagg
When you complete your purchase, the billing page and/or your card statement will display the registered merchant along with a country code, such as "HK", "UK", etc.
All purchases are subject to the local laws of the country corresponding to the country code listed on your receipt.
9) Alternative Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform which can be accessed at:

The seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
